ICS were approached by {my}dentist provide a diagnostic audit of their Talent Acquisition Strategy - empowering them to attract Dentists in an increasingly difficult market.

Our Espirita Workforce Intelligence team undertook a detailed audit of current processes, meeting with business and practice representatives. We completed a list of recommendations for potential improvements, from attraction strategy right through to on-boarding.

On completion, Espirita were engaged to support on three key projects. These included:

  • Performance uplift of the current recruitment team to achieve the targeted 'world class recruiting' status - the result here was a 100% increase in the recruitment of general dental practitioners in a four-month period
  • ATS optimisation, enhancing the recruitment team’s utilisation of the incumbent software Job Train to drive process management, efficiencies and integrity of data. Resulting in new ways of working and a reporting suite to drive continued improvement
  • PSL review and partnering exercise - the result here was a true partnership approach, with clear communication, ownership and commitments from all parties. This strategy saw an increase in both the suitability and volumes of candidates - with forecasts hires looking to make a significant impact in the near future
