Hiring manager skills workshop

Our Hiring Manager Skills Workshop is designed to enable your hiring managers to independently interview, assess, and hire the best candidates, while promoting a partnership with your HR/Recruitment function. A robust interview and assessment process is essential to driving a high quality of hire. What defines quality of hire differs for every organisation, but is underpinned by length of tenure, increased internal mobility rates, diversity, decreased attrition, and value added to an organisation by an individual. Quality of hire is one of the most important, and most challenging, measurements within Talent Acquisition, however with the right building blocks in place you can positively influence the quality of hire in your organisation.

Our Hiring Manager Training consists of a bespoke workshop scaled to fit the size of the group. Our team will deliver the workshop in person, using an interactive approach and advising on recommended methods of assessing and evaluating candidates.
