PSL / vendor review and selection
Our Preferred Supplier List/Vendor Review and Selection process provides you with an objective and holistic view of your current and/or potential suppliers list.
We will analyse the performance of each agency you are currently working with, as well as working to establish if there are other agencies that would be able to work with you successfully. Breaking down the performance of each agency involves analysing a multitude of areas to understand the full impact of their work on your staffing supply, positive or negative, taking into consideration fees, terms, and contractual obligations. We will establish check-in reviews in order to keep all relevant parties informed as to progress.
We will then work with the selected agencies to establish rules of engagement, in order to ensure that all recruitment processes are run efficiently and effectively. This is a two-way solution that involves commitment from both the agency representatives and the internal stakeholders to the process requirements and SLA’s. This incorporates feedback, interview schedules, HR involvement, interview process, candidate experience measurements.
